Connect Jave application to MS SQL Express 2008 R2

    Question

  • Dear All

    I have developed application using java. Used MS SQL Express 2008 R2 as a database. Within same PC I do not have any problem with connection string. But now I want to keep database in one machine and application install in another machine. So Please explain how to make connection. (How to configure DSN connect to my sql express)

    Please advice me.

  • You can use jdbc driver to connect to SQL server.

    You have to use SQL Authentication for that.
