I am working with a HealthVault compatible blood pressure device. We have no problems uploading the data via HVCC when we have internet connection--as expected; and when connection is interrupted, once restored, the upload resumes. My question is this--we
may have to use this device where there is absolutely no internet connection available--and it's designed to be a single user device. However we will be using the device on multiple persons--a screening event, if you will. Thus--we will need to "upload"
the data between each person. We would like to know if HVCC has a datastore locally on the the PC that we would be able to access/backup for this purpose so that we'd be able to upload the separate data later (we already have a HealthVault enabled application
that reads health information from HealthVault and is allowed to write data as well) OR is there a way to intercept the data upload between the device and HealthVault?
HealthVault Connection Center doesn't support this scenario. As you mentioned, it does support offline scenarios for users once they have setup their account and device. HealthVault Connection
Center was designed for personal use only, not for use with a population such as at a screening event.
