  • Also I would like to add David's Platt great contribution to this magazine.
    I must admit, his MSDN article is the one I read first!

  • This is very disappointing! 

    MSDN Magazine was a high-quality source of reviewed articles on Microsoft's technology. The 'documents' portal seems like a place where they put together the same articles they had scattered all over the MSDN site but the contents of those articles are still messy, with lots of links that make reading and learning something new difficult. Many of those articles have outdated content. I really don't understand why they would discontinue something very useful to practitioners. Clearly, the person, or persons who made the decision were not the ones who actually build things!

  • Sad to hear that, but it reflects the current situation using Microsoft development tools. Every month a new cool tool (which will soon be replaced by another cooler tool), do why should we invest time in reading magazines to learn a technology...
