  • 【職務說明】 Job Title: Support Engineer (SQL Server)


    Responsibilities:
    1. Deliver high quality of technical support assistance and win high customer satisfaction rate through timely response and resolution.
    2. Collaborate and work with internal partners such as Premier Team and account managers to resolve customer issues in most efficient way.
    3. Contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of the business through excellence in execution.
    4. Promote services that Microsoft provides.
    5. Adopt Microsoft technologies rapidly and have opportunities to deliver trainings and workshops to customers and partners

    Education and Qualifications:
    1. BS (or above) Degree in computer science related degree

    Experience Level:
    1. Minimum 4 years of experience in the IT industry / field
    2. Minimum 4 years of technical supports experience

    Professional Training and Certification:
    Expert knowledge in one or more of the follow areas:
    1. MCSE, MCDBA or MCSD is preferred
    2. In depth product knowledge with Microsoft Products in Windows OS, SQL and .NET development.

    Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
    1. Skilled at interacting with customers
    2. Deep understanding of Microsoft technology
    3. Self driven, aggressive and out-going
    4. Fluent spoken and written English and Mandarin, English proficiency equivalent to TOEIC test score 730 will be a plus
    5. Good initiative, motivation, communication skills and good team member
