strange. blank job

Question

can't view job names or steps in SSMS.

but can view them with sql code, like sp_help_job.

with SQL profiler, I found that SSMS didn't create any sql code (normaly 'create table #tmp_sp_help_jobstep .....')

 

I think reinstall SSMS tool only would resove this problem. any better idea ?

Does sql client have same service pack as server? If not, apply sp on client first.

it's sql2005sp2, and it's local server. no client.

Go to help -> about in ssms, ensure it has same version number.
