    jitDebugging 值。
    编译应用程序时还必须启用
    调试。

    </configuration>

    启用 JIT 调试后，任何未经处理的异常
    都将被发送到在此计算机上注册的 JIT 调试程序，
    而不是由此对话框处理。

    这问题怎么才能解决？

    Hi LuYF1111,

    我想询问下你是在什么情况下产生了这个异常，是运行某个程序还是安装.net framework时产生。

    另外一般这种情况，建议卸载相关的.NETframework然后再重新安装。
