asp.net服务启动后自动关闭？

Question

项目中使用到了winform+web开发；
本机开发环境下可以正常运行，到别人的机器上就不行了。
服务启动后，又自动关闭了。

开发环境VS08；

过程描述：
winform窗体中嵌入了web开发的页面；所以使用到了ASP.NET Development Server启动web网站的服务器，这样不用在iis中发布了，等于开发下的启动服务。本机测试可以，为什么到了非开发下的环境就启动服务后，又自动停止了呢？求解？

WebDev.WebServer.exe 已停止工作

WebDev.WebServer.exe依赖于Visual Studio的。
