如果创建默认的项目也提示错误，那就应该是一些template的package加载有问题。

如果还是不行，建议你修复你的VS。我记得默认的安装方式VS community 2015好像不支持一些特定的项目，比如VC++,需要自定义安装，并勾选VC++的特定的package，安装才行。所以，如果你重新安装，记得不要用默认的，用自定义的方式，自己勾选安装选项试试。
