SQL2000 AWE开启问题

参考了网上这边文章，按照上面我进行设置了.

现在我的环境是 WIN2003 R2 32位 企业版，内存32GB.

SQL2000:

Microsoft SQL Server  2000 - 8.00.760 (Intel X86)   Dec 17 2002 14:22:05   Copyright (c) 1988-2003 Microsoft Corporation  Standard Edition on Windows NT 5.2 (Build 3790: Service Pack 2) 

帖子说开启AWE，可以使SQL2000 多点内存使用，，但我试了帖子里的方法，SQL内存没有改变.

我怎么可以多分点内存给SQL,,是不是一定要 SP4后可以？如果设置成功了那边可以确认我分配给了SQL   27GB内存？

Did you add /3gb and /pae in windows startup parameter? AWE will not work without them.

Did you check memory usage in perfmon? Task manager will not tell awe part.

Yes, check sql server target memory. Add /3gb and reboot machine, then check sql server target memory again.

在PAE后面加 /3gb?如果这样的话。会不会和PAE冲突，，PAE开启了以后，，我现在在WIN2003系统中才能认得32GB内存。。如果/3GB增加后，，会不会WIN2003系统的内存变成3GB? ，，我现在想把20GB的内存给SQL2000使用，，那如何处理？
