vs for windows phone 连接远程oracle数据库

如题，不知道有没有在不使用webservice直接使用应用程序进行访问远程oracle数据库的方法，或者不知道vs for Windows phone有没有这样的类库来使用。开发环境是Windows8，软件是vs express 2012 for windows phone。
