wp8.1模拟器无法运行

Question

在win8.1上调试wp8.1时，无法启动模拟器,并且在win10上也不可以，怎么回事？？按照提示信息我都检查了一遍，都无法解决。错误及一些检测结果如下：

现在的WP8.1 SDK集成在Visual Studio中了，请尝试重新修复安装。

还有因为模拟器是使用Hyper-v去启动Windows Phone OS镜像，所以可以在系统中检查Hyper-v是否可以正常工作。
