Who is good at MILHTMLParser.dll?

Who is good at MILHTMLParser.dll in ASP.NET?

I want to modify a special SPAN in view source of web page .For example:

source:

<span id="span1">aaa</span>

target:

<span id="span1">bbb</span>

Please tell me how to do,it's best to post the source code.
