而如果您是通过Visual Studio手动部署应用到手机的话，有一个工具可以在你手机连接电脑的时候直接访问应用内的文件：Windows Phone Power Tools
而如果你是从应用商店安装应用的话，您是无法直接将应用内的文件上传到电脑的，你需要借助一些其他的服务，比如OneDrive SDK,你可以将文件上传到OneDrive，然后在电脑上从OneDrive下载到。
