？？？VC++2010读写Excel的方法？

迷茫忙，网上有ODBC、Automation、使用Excel类等方法读写Excel，我在VC++2010上用得不好，那位高手、前辈能帮个忙？最好能有详细代码，谢谢了，呵呵。

对Excel的要求：

1、新建一个Excel；

2、写入Excel：数据有2万行，20列左右，每次写入一行，每次写的时间间隔很短；

3、读取Excel:要求把所有的数据一次性读取出来。

数据量大的话，用安全数组方式传给Excel，这样是最快的。否则20万行的时间可得要很多秒的。
