win10企业版1903版本，修改系统的vbs脚本在上面之行不成功

我们的系统是win10企业版1903版本，我们用在win7电脑上可以用的vbs脚本,比如修改计算机名、还有修改ip和dns的vbs脚本。拿到win10上来，运行也不报错，但还是无法修改系统的这些设置。这是为什么？？？？？？？？？、
