只需要你的PC可以运行Visual Studio2012或者VS2013（或者Express for Windows版本），均可以创建并开发商店应用，Visual Studio自带Simulator模拟器，可以帮助模拟程序在平板上运行的表现。
另外Windows商店应用不是生成exe文件的，而是生成一个app package，只需要把这个app package上传到商店即可。
