  • 问题

  • I want to used the Win32 location API in a APP to start and stop the GPS session and it work well on Windows 8.1 . When the  APP call the Win32 location API, Windwos will notify my Sensor GNSS driver to start/ stop the GPS session. but it could not work on Windows 10. Does anyone know that is the windows 10 still support the Win32 Location API?

Could you please provide more information about your issue? Do you get any error information when you use location API in Win10?

According to this document, the Win32 Location API and is available for use in the operating systems specified in the Requirements section. It may be altered or unavailable in subsequent versions. Instead, use the Windows.Devices.Geolocation API. To access location from a website, use the W3C Geolocation API. But it doesn't exactly say Win10 has separated it.

    Best Regards,

    Sera Yu
