当然可以，就是系统把桌面程序自动打包，然后制作成exe程序供其它人员安装使用。

这是发布程序向导，询问你要把当前程序打包上传到什么地方？你可以指定远程服务器，这样别人访问这个地址，就可以在线安装了。

当然你也可以选择发布到某个指定的文件夹，或者是内部ftp服务器中供别人联机安装使用。
