把屏保相应的 .SCR 文件复制到 Windows 7 里运行，有问题吗？你的 Windows 7 是 32 位还是 64 位？
另，有什么特别的 Windows 3.X 屏保需要在 Windows 7 里运行？确实版本太老了。
