如何在不安装VS的情况下获取VS输出窗口的信息

一般vs在调试程序时都有输出窗口提示正在加载那些动态库等信息，如下图：

        就是说要用vs调试程序才能在vs输出窗口看到这些信息。我想有没有办法在不依靠vs调试也能获取这些信息，比如把获取的这些信息输出到控制台或者日志文件中？
