关于远程桌面客户端开发

我想开发一个远程桌面的客户端（基于RDP），该客户端采用ActiveX 控件形式，可以被IE调用，用户从浏览器既可以访问。
请问我该从哪里入手？请高手提供些资源参考，谢谢。

呵呵。提示一下，如果想开发ActiveX在IE中使用，请注意IE6以后的版本自行开发并添加的证书已经不能够获得IE的认可了。也就是说需要从特定的证书发布商获得相应的证书才可以在IE6以上的版本中使用。
