blend for vs2017 里wpf 新建项目模板没有 自定义控件类的项目怎么办？

本来wpf还有一个重要的 “自定义控件” 的项目模板的。 现在没有了 怎么恢复？

我刚刚检查了我这边的Blend for VS 2015 和Blend for VS 2017, 都是只有如下模板：

可以直接在Visual Studio 2017 里面建好自定义控件类的项目，然后再Blend for VS 2017里面打开。
