界面加载数据太耗内存，有什么好的处理策略

10M不到的内存数据加载到界面上会消耗几百M的内存；如果先后创建2个相同的窗口加载2份不同的数据，我只需显示其中一个窗口（2个窗口切换显示，不会同时显示），如何能降低内存消耗？

考虑用ANTS Performance Profiler 8，dotTrace，JustTrace等工具跑一下现有程序，看看哪些地方的代码最耗费CPU和内存，再寻找解决方案优化，比如用缓存，使用Dispose模式，强制GC回收内存等。
