表示在微软免费申请，已经一个月了，还没通过，引用一个朋友说的话

• 我也觉得很无语，申请了快1个月了，没有任何回应，等了这么久都不给测试账号，讲那么多客观因素干啥，搞1元的试用活动有什么意义，搞不起活动就不要搞，纯粹浪费大家的时间！
