昨天刚下载的Visual Studio 2013 update 2，sha-1值和网上的一样，安装时提示“update 2”不适用,或被计算机上的其他条件所阻止。系统是windows 8.1 pro with update 1。已安装的vs版本是专业版，简体中文，没有装过update 1。安装前已安装所有最新的windows 补丁。求帮助，求解决。
