如何为png图像描边，除了遍历像素还有什么更简单的办法

需要为png图像的不透明部分整体描边，有没有好办法

本来想用DropShadowBitmapEffect处理,结果发现阴影只能是根原图一样大,后来想用OuterGlowBitmapEffect,发现这东西的发光只能是发光,永远是渐变的,微软怎么老做些鸡肋,很无语
