数据库前滚和回滚的问题！

如果我在执行一个三十万条记录的更新，但在更新的过程中突然掉电，那么数据库实例在启动时是如何来处理这部分的修改，数据库的前滚和回滚各是针对什么情况（活动日志与非活动日志）来进行处理的！

.Net里面没有规定。各个数据库可能有自己的备份还原机制（或者干脆就没有）。
