MSSQL执行全文查询失败,存储空间不足

我用的版本是　MSSQL　2005 sp4,这几天隔段时间全文查询时报错：执行全文查询失败。存储空间不足，无法处理些命令　。临时解决是把数据库服务重启后正常，但运行一段时间后又出错，内存增长很快，看样子好像是内存不够，必须增加内存么？还是有没办法优化全文搜索性能？减少内存占用呢？

Thank you for your reply!Yes,it's 32-bit server.There are sql server and  memcached for other

application.

The server have total 8G memory, which assigned to the sql server 5G, memcached 2G and 1G to operating system.

Do you have enterprise edition of sql2k5? Did you put /3gb in boot.ini file? Does sql service account have 'lock pages in memory' user rights? Did you check sql memory usage in perfmon?

对于sql 2005，全文查询引擎是独立于sql的进程之外的，所以不受你设置的5g范围限制。所以，which assigned to the sql server 5G, memcached 2G and 1G to operating system之后，全文查询可能没有内存使用。所以你需要留一些内存给全文查询。

P.S 对于sql更高的版本，全文查询是在sql进程之内。

是enterprise edition of sql2k5，/3gb 选项是为了支持大内存？　已经开启了awe选项，应该是支持的了。

这个我也有想过，试过把SQL SERVER内存设少到４G，问题还是存在，我现在是把虚拟内存增大试试，暂时好像没再出现那个错误，还要再观察一段时间。

Need /pae in boot.ini file too, otherwise awe will not work. Double check sql memory usage in perfmon and ensure sql service account has 'lock pages in memory' user rights on the server.
