VS 2017安装过程中，有没有出现过任何错误或者警告提示呢？
目前VS 2017最新的版本是15.6.1，你可以点击帮助-关于VS来查看版本信息，如果不是最新的话，以管理员身份运行之前的安装包来更新至最新。我尝试创建一个新的WPF项目，默认Any
CPU，直接F5来debug项目，正常运行。
如果你创建其他其他，debug也会报这个错误吗？
你可以重新运行VS的安装包，选择更多-修复来修复VS 2017再测试下这个问题。
