TFS MSSCCI Provider 升级到2013 在PB check-in代码时提示“Parameter is not valid”

请教一下，由于我们Powerbuilder开发一直使用贵公司的TFS进行版本管理，非常方便，之前的版本时2012，领导最近希望我们探索下DEVOPS 等功能，我们把客户端的 MSSCCI 也升级到2013， 客户端的TFS EXPLORE 同样采用2013的版本，在PB中 ADD source，checkout都正常，唯独在CHECKIN的时候，总是提示“Parameter is not valid”，换了PB 2017, PB12 问题依然存在，咨询了PB的技术支持，他们说这属于兼容的问题，建议我像您这边寻求技术支持，不知以前遇到 类似的问题没有，有没有好的建议
