    一般我们建议用户确保Windows update更新至最新,暂时禁用杀毒软件,清空临时文件夹%temp%,以管理员权限运行安装exe文件。

    根据这个日志信息,有些用户也遇到类似问题,你可以参考下以下方法:

    1. 参考这个文档里的第3/5步,删除VS安装程序目录:C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio\Installer后尝试重新安装或者使用 InstallCleanup.exe 来删除安装文件,再重新安装
    2. 查看是否安装了Mirekusoft Install Monitor 或者RivaTunerStatistics,有的话先暂停它们再运行安装包 
    3. 如果你的电脑是Dell(戴尔)笔记本电脑,那可能是某个Dell服务导致了这个问题,详情见这个链接
