    1.SQL 2000在用SQL2008 的microsoft SQL Server Management Studio连接,SQL2000和SQL2008的排序规则都是：Chinese_PRC_CI_AS

    2.在使用导入和导进向导功能把SQL2000的数据导进2008时报错，表结构一样，并且用insert 时，一切正常。

    不知道哪里出了问题？问题如下图：

    It sounds collation related issue, ensure those columns have same code page on source and target servers. By the way, sql can specify collation at server, db, table and column levels. Servers have same collation doesn't mean columns have same collation.
