IIS 8.5 搭建网站，出现浏览器无限等待的问题

情况是这样的：我有一台安装了Windows 8.1 的系统，使用 IIS 8.5 搭建了一个 ASP.NET 的网站，不过我只是用来在局域网访问的。

一般使用的人也就几个，带宽峰值为3MB/S，即使只有两个人在在线播放视频，带宽也只占用 600KB/S 左右。

可是这个时候第三个人就无法打开任何页面了，即使HTML文件也无法访问，表现为一直等待，什么都不显示，也没有返回任何错误信息。

此时只要看视频的退出视频 或者 手动点击IIS的回收动能，其他用户才会陆续得到响应。

IIS的设置为默认，求解决方法~
