请注意To create the XML Web service 这段之前的那段话： In this step, you will create a simple XML Web service designed to run on a Web server using Microsoft Internet Information Services (IIS).
也就是说http://localhost/MyService是web server的路径。
请在创建XML Web Service之前创建一个Web Server，并制定路径为http://localhost/MyService。
