然后我删除这个三个 VisualStudio 下的14.0 

1：HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\VisualStudio

2：HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Microsoft\VisualStudio
3：HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\VisualStudio
然后修复 打开后就一直卡住不动 然后我卸载了重新装了很多遍 问题依然如此

我建议你重新删除VS2015，必要情况下重装系统。

然后直接安装带有Update 3的VS：

Visual Studio 2015 Update 5？

目前只有VS2015 update 3。

考虑强制删除VS后再安装试，参考命令行

D:\vs_ultimate.exe /uninstall /force

在你手动删除了那三个包之后，也就表明了你的电脑上的VS的环境 包已经受损了。

如果你在你修复的情况下还是不好，你是怎么卸载的呢？

因为在卸载之前我们得保证安装包没有损坏才行。

建议你去微软官方网站重新下载一个好的ISO 镜像安装包，用FCIV检测ISO是完整的，再进行修复安装。
