Visual Studio Online中无法创建项目

Question

我使用帐户[e-mail]在Visual Studio Online创建了一个帐户：https://bingoha.visualstudio.com/，并且是该帐户的Owner。

后来进行了一些误操作（已经记不清楚了），造成了Owner帐号没有任何的帐户权限，Users中显示帐号权限为Basic:

现在，我连project和team都不能创建了，求解决！

不能发图，提示“在您的帐户能够验证前，不能发图”类似的提示~~

之前应该就是在这里进行的误操作，所有权限组里面都没有Owner的帐号，而且Owner也没有添加自己帐号进组的权限

看其它那个用户在这个组里有权限， 使用这个有权限的账户去添加你的Owner.

那谁现在是这个VSO账号的Owner? 谁当时执行这个清空操作的？

总有一个拥有权限的账户存在吧， 不然当时的清空也不可能被执行的。

我记得是不能移除Owner的，你确认自己的账户是否是Owner，是不是使用别的Live账户创建的这个Team Service账户
