包含VC runtime的安装程序写得有问题。联系这个安装程序的作者。如果这个安装程序是Visual Studio的安装程序的话，临时目录下面有安装日至可以查看。

你也可以直接安装微软的安装程序，包含VC runtime的安装程序通常应该在检测到VC Runtime已经存在时跳过这个组件，但是这需要假定检测在VC runtime存在的代码是没有问题的。
