请问有没微软MMS协议的库，通讯接口，以及说明文档呢

准备用windows server搭建一个流媒体平台，需要自己定制客户端。

网上搜了很多都没有MMS协议的完整例子。这是微软比较成熟的流媒体协议了吧，请问有没有user guide以及用例什么的
