sql 2016 还原sql 2000的库的时候提示版本不兼容，有什么办法可以还原2000的库吗？

Try restore it on sql2k8 first then make new backup and restore on sql2016.

你必须在sql server2008上先还原一次你这个备份文件，再重新备份，才能还原到sql server2016，如果你没有sql server2008 的环境，并且你需要还原的数据库小于10个G，你可以安装sql server 2008 express：https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=30438 或者下载一个评估版（180天有效期）：https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=1279
