关于SQL server 2012 标准版是不是正版的问题

大家好：

     我想问一下：供应商卖给我们SQL server 2012，说是正版的，光盘外没有序列号，说是序列号是内嵌在安装程序里的，后来安装的时候能看到序列号，结果这个序列号和网上百度出来的序列号一模一样的。请问这个真的是正版的吗？我该如何验证？该如何维护自己的利益？

    麻烦大神指条明路吧。

有微软公司的Sales Order Confirmation 或license agreement的才是正版，其它的正版可能是代理商帮忙你代向微软购买的，也应该有这个文件。

我们也经常帮忙客户从微软公司购买SQL Server，一般都有这个文件。

不是，这个只是正版光盘镜像+通用key。

key都能百度到了，结果可想而知。3楼的建议不错， 想要入正版的直接在微软官方购买就行了。

不是光盘中，DVD/ISO这些文件本身并不能证明它是正版的，有点类似于买东西索取收据和发票一样，找供应商(卖给我们SQL server 2012)，向他们索取软件的license（Sales Order Confirmation 或license agreement）

请问下：软件的license是需要供应商给我们还是微软？现在服务器中还是用的这个光盘安装好的数据库，可以在服务中来确认有没有软件的icense呢？

license是微软给买家（就是你的供应商、代理），然后你的供应商再给你的。

服务中看不出来是否有license的。

1、微软SQL Server产品，现在微软已经不提供刻录版（光盘）了，你这个有光盘只是供应商为了方便使用给您刻的

2、是否为正版，当您购买了微软产品，应该是有一封邮件告知您的，至于Key、原版ISO镜像，一般都是自己去VLSC或者MSDN官网下载的

3、如果您购买的是COEM版的，是有光盘的

1）登陆生产厂家的官网https://www.microsoft.com/licensing/servicecenter/ （“VLSC”网站），查证许可使用权；

2）拔打生产厂家的4006200567（手机拨打）或8008190567（座机拨打）途径查证许可使用权；

3）可书面委托卖方通过生产厂家的下单官网https://www.explore.ms查询许可证使用权。

你们购买之前要确认供应商的资质的。建议找顶级代理（如神州数码购买）的指定代理商购买。ps，找我也行。
