Hi jayyum,
Thanks for post in the forum.
Does this happens in the recent? Does the pix works well before? As I know, There are something changed in DirectX, such as the pix for windows has been replaced by debugging directX graphics. See here: PIX for Windows and Debugging DirectX Graphics . So I have to ask some questions to narrow down your question and find to right way to help you. what the version of your operating system, DirectX sdk and visual studio? It seems that your matter is because of some compatibility issues. If you are using windows 8, please to download the Windows 8 SDK.
Best regards,
Shu Hu

Hi Shu Hu,
I found the problem. because my computer's regedit is locked by admin of my company.
I am really sorry for my question.because it is my mistake.
It looks like that TrustedInstaller took ownership of some registry keys (including HKLM/SOFTWARE/Microsoft/Direct3D which dxcpl modifies).
Thank you very much.
