我是一个想学习C++的大学生。但是不知道从何下手。请问在哪里可以找到教程。。最好是视频教程。。还有用什么软件联系比较好呢

那个教程讲基础知识都是很简单地讲述

如果是初学者， 我觉得看孙鑫的视频还不错。。。 如果是具备了一定能力，多看看一些c++的书籍就OK了。
