如何鼠标拖动PictureBox中的图片，与拖动滚动条效果一样？

Question

在PictureBox控件上加载了一张图片，设置了SizeMode为AutoSize，这样图片的大小超过控件的大小时，会出现滚动条。用鼠标拖动滚动条不是很方便，我想实现拖动图片时实现拖动滚动条的效果，请问用什么方法可以实现？

PS：最好能有例子程序可以参考
