貌似现在WAP已经不被VS支持了，不过你可以下载我和别人制作的模板（http://visualstudiogallery.msdn.microsoft.com/dfb244a8-c1be-4445-ab95-530e606241ca），安装到VS里边。
只有智能感知，无法直接拖拽控件了。
