USB HUB DTM测试请教(JOB ID为:179 180 196的测试总是报错)

HI WHQL team各位位在线的朋友:

 

目前我司WHQL的测试平台目前已搭配完成,并已完成了相应类型的产品测试(如UFD及Unclassified Category类的产品),并且测试结果为通过(测试的系统分别为VITSTA 32与VISTA 64),但是目前测试USB HUB时,共计16个测试项,总是出现JOB ID为179 180 196的测试失败,而其它的测试项目正常(备注:179与180为手动测试项),具体测试失败的项目为如下所示,还请在线的WHQL team各位位在线的朋友帮忙探讨一下,给予我处相应的帮忙,谢谢!

 

1:JOB ID(179): USB Hub Basic Transfer(Manual)

备注;在测试JOB ID为179的项目时,测试时如下提示:

A:首先出现lease connect the hub under test directly to the root hub on the test machine!(不知如何操作)

B:再次出现:Please revert back to the default configuration where device under test is connected to the intermediate hub(不知如何操作)

 

2:JOB ID(180): USB Hub Compliance(Manual)

备注;在测试JOB ID为180的项目时,测试时如下提示:

A:首先出现elect user inaccessible ports(ie.port without connectors)

                       port  #1:

                 [1]      port  #2;

                 [2]      port  #3:

                 [4}      port  #4:

                 Enter your selection<-1 to continue the test>:  (备注:在此项不知何键入,我处目前如果键入#1.或port  # 等 时,都会出现Invalid selection......而只有键入-1:只可以继续进入一步测试,不知如何?

 

B:在如上键入-1后,之后会出现如下提示lease plug in device to port 1.hit"enter" when done

备注;在此处我处接入一个UFD或USB HUB后,马上都会有如下提示lease and device to port 1:但是不论我处接入多少个UFD或USB HUB到被测HUB,都会出现Please and device to port 1:提示,

 

 

3:JOB ID(196): USB System Suspend Resume Test

此测试为自动测试,不知为何,测试结果都会出现测试失败现象,出现失败的项目为:

1;Run-usb system suspend resume test

2;RunWDK file signature verfication library job task!
