sqlserver 2008R2 使用内存问题 RRS feed

    现在服务器内存是128G ，设置sqlserver 使用 122G，但是现在的内存使用还不到60G，性能计数器： sqlserver：buffer manager：target pages  是 total pages 的两倍 （这个两个值理论上应该是一至的吧） 还有 page life expectancy 一直是增长的 ，所以很不理解。 请高手指点迷津。

    OS ： windows server 2008 R2  sql ： 2008 R2

    What's total db size on the server? Target pages indicates number of pages sql can use while total pages indicates number of pages currently used, that means sql doesn't need that much memory now. By the way, long page life expectancy is good sign.
