我也遇到过这个问题。

因为我是保存了登录的邮件和密码，之后再打开就经常出现这个问题。当把浏览器的cookies清除了之后又恢复正常了。你可以尝试一下。

当然，清除了cookies其他站点的也会一并清除掉。

Delete the Microsoft, forums, login and live cookies in IE             2. Browse to: http://learning.microsoft.com/Manager/default.aspx             3. Sign in, choose to save both Password and Email.             4. Sign out.             5. Navigate back Forums and see if sign-in will work. Important note: When you sign into the Forums site, it's recommended that you leave the default LiveID setting of "save my email", switching that to "save my password and email" can lead to this issue.
