Help: Why the jobs are still failed although the driver has already Passed WHQL testing??

Question

The driver has already Passed the WHQL testing, I just used it to have a try to get familiar with the WHQL testing, but I still find some jobs were failed, could you please tell me the reason?

Yes, it was designed to support both Win7 x86 and x64...So I am guessing the failure was caused by the environment or something else rather than the driver itself, could you please supply me some good ideas to exclude these errors? I searched from the internet, someone tell me to reboot the test PC...
