大家好我想要编写一个手机App 使用工具是VS2013 使用语言是C++，数据库是sqlite 请问具体创建步骤是怎样的。

1、现在想要编写一个安卓系统的App。

2、VS2013和C++语言是不是最好的选择，对于一个安卓应用来说。

3、我想要用三层架构。

4、界面层该怎么创建。

5、怎么连接sqlite数据库。
