“readchars”不是“System.IO.BinaryWriter”的成员。

对不起，ReadChars是System.IO.BinaryReader的成员（你看Read开头的肯定是Read类，微软命名非常有规则可循）。http://msdn.microsoft.com/zh-cn/library/system.io.binaryreader.readchars(v=VS.80).aspx
